Fleet & Tanker (Cargo Tank) Inspections
Hauling fuel and hazardous materials raises the stakes, and the regulations follow.

Retest intervals depend on the cargo tank’s specification (DOT406/MC306, DOT407/MC307, DOT412/MC312, MC330/331) and the product it carries. A tank that’s been out of hazmat service for a year or more must be pressure-tested before it goes back to work. Our certified inspectors confirm exactly which tests your tank is due for and when — so you’re never running on an expired marking or guessing at your retest date.
Why it matters: a missed cargo-tank test isn’t just a fine. It’s a tank pulled from revenue service and a hazmat operation under a microscope. We keep your tankers tested, marked, and earning.

DOT Inspections
We make sure your trucks are complaint with federal regulation 49 CFR § 396.17.
A clean roadside inspection is not an option. Skipping an annual periodic inspection can put a truck out of service with the load on the highway shoulder.
Who needs an annual DOT inspection?
Interstate commercial vehicles (or combinations) over 10,001 lbs GVWR
Intrastate commercial vehicles (or combinations) over 26,001 lbs GVWR
Any vehicle transporting placardable hazardous materials, regardless of weight
Buses and passenger vehicles above the federal passenger thresholds
Our inspection covers (at minimum)
Brake systems, coupling devices, exhaust, fuel system, lighting, steering, suspension, frame, tires, wheels and rims, windshield and glazing, wipers, and emergency equipment.
