Roadside Assistance
A breakdown rarely happens somewhere convenient. Our mobile service trucks are built to bring the shop to you — fully equipped to handle diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance at your yard, the jobsite, a truck stop, or the shoulder of I-10.
What we handle on-site:
Diagnostics and check-engine / fault-code troubleshooting
Brake, suspension, and air-system repairs
Charging, starting, and electrical faults
Cooling-system and overheating issues
Preventive maintenance and fluid service
DOT inspections and compliance checks

Modern diesels are rolling computers. The engine control module (ECM), sensors, telematics, and lighting all depend on a healthy electrical system — and when something glitches, the symptoms can be misleading. We use advanced diagnostic tools to find the actual fault instead of throwing parts at a warning light.
What we diagnose and repair:
Check-engine lights and stored fault codes
Battery testing, alternator and starter replacement
Wiring inspection and repair
Fuel-injection controls and ECM-related faults
Trailer lighting and connector issues
Telematics and sensor faults
Intermittent power loss, hard starts, and flickering lights
If your dash is lit up, you’re losing power intermittently, or the truck cranks but won’t catch, an electrical diagnosis is the fast way to the root cause — before a small fault leaves you stranded.
When a truck is down, your business is down. Elite Sales & Service has spent 25+ years keeping commercial trucks, trailers, and fleets running across Southern Arizona and West Texas — at our fully equipped shop in Benson, AZ, and on-site through our mobile service trucks along the I-10 corridor.
We service every major diesel engine and chassis on the road: Cummins, Caterpillar, Detroit Diesel, Paccar (Peterbilt and Kenworth), and Freightliner. We hold the certifications that matter for compliance work — including DOT periodic (annual) inspections, fuel tanker inspections, ANSI crane inspection, and bucket truck testing — and we back our work with honest assessments, transparent pricing, and warranties on parts and labor.
Whether you run one truck or a hundred, you get the same thing every time: fast diagnosis, real communication, and the least downtime we can engineer.

The cheapest repair is the one you never have to make. Preventive maintenance (PM) catches small problems before they become roadside breakdowns — and on a fleet, that’s the difference between a planned shop visit and an unplanned dispatch crisis.
What our PM and fleet programs include:
Oil and filter changes with the right lubricant for your duty cycle
Brake inspections and adjustments
Tire rotations, wear checks, and pressure service
Fluid top-offs and full fluid analysis
Full system diagnostics
Detailed service reporting and history tracking for every unit
For fleets, we build customized maintenance schedules keyed to each vehicle’s mileage, hours, and how hard it works — and we keep the records you need for compliance and resale. The reporting matters as much as the wrench work: you get a clear service history per unit so you can budget, plan replacements, and prove maintenance when it counts.
Recommended PM interval: generally every 10,000–15,000 miles, tightened for severe-service operation. We’ll set yours based on real conditions, not a sticker.
